• Technical project manager and release responsible in his assigned project
• Translates customer needs into technical requirements
• Responsible for the technical realization and integration of all components in the battery system
• Guides the daily work of the technical project members
• Assess and review work results of the project team and provides guidance to ensure the accuracy and quality of work according to the relevant guidelines and processes
• Prepares and delivers technical status presentations to the customer
• Reviews technical reports and other technical relevant documents
• Identifies solutions to resolve project related technical conflicts
• Conducts patent queries and files patent applications for innovative solutions relevant to AVL inside his project
• Involves the Lead Engineer or the Skill Team Leader in case of unsolved conflicts inside the project
• Design of components (EMC filters) for high voltage storage systems
• Assumption of component responsibility in customer projects and internal R&D projects

• Electrical engineering or mechatronic engineering graduate of a university of technology/university of applied sciences
• Preferably several years of experience in the automotive sector; ideally at an OEM or tier 1 company in the ECM field
• Deep knowledge in Battery systems technology
• Knowledge of the common Automotive quality standards (ISO16949, ASPICE)
• Knowledge of project management principles according to automotive development processes
• Knowledge of simulation tools that are customary on the market an advantage
• Self directed, systematic and structured approach to work
• Good communication skills, organizational and teamwork skills
• Very good knowledge of English and enthusiasm for international cooperation

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full- time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €55,000.00. We will, in any case, offer market conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account
