YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis of project requirements and objectives, as well as development of solution strategies, taking into account progress, quality and costs
- Clarification of execution details, as well as support and monitoring of the project for efficient use of the services in the own area
- Planning and monitoring of internal projects and capacity utilization
- Supporting team members in the management of test items and materials through distinctive process and system knowledge
- Representing the field of expertise internally and externally, as well as to customers
- Ensure project and/or customer satisfaction
- Support in the recruiting and onboarding process for new employees, as well as definition of individual support measures
- Preparation of project calculations in the course of the bidding phase for the Test Factory Operations division
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed technical education HTL/TU/FH in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, process engineering, or similar
- Several years of experience in project management
- Very good PC user skills and experience with logistics systems (PDM, SAP, TFMS)
- Very good understanding of processes and experience in creating process descriptions and work instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, leadership skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €65,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
