As an automation technician for industrial electrical systems and automation solutions, you will be responsible for planning and programming our test bench and building technology. You will evaluate the safety functions and implement them in terms of control technology.
In collaboration with suppliers, you will coordinate and support projects and conversions. You will also support your team colleagues in the field of electrical engineering with the commissioning of systems and work continuously on the further development of our PLC system standards. You can expect very varied tasks in this role.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Basic and detailed planning of industrial automation solutions for our test bench and building technology
- Creation of PLC software programs and visualizations using Siemens TIA Portal
- Evaluation and implementation of safety functions (functional safety)
- Coordination and support of suppliers in various projects and conversions
- Supporting team colleagues in the field of electrical planning in the design of PLC hardware
- Innovative work and further development of our system standards
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University or University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology) with a focus on automation technology
- professional experience of PLC programming (SIMATIC S7, WinCC, WinCC flexible, TIA Portal)
- professional experience in project management
- Basic knowledge of drive technology and HVAC systems is an advantage
- Proactive way of working and solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel for short business trips to our branch locations (worldwide)
- Very good knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €55,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
