Technical Support Agent (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Be the main contact to solve technical issues
  • Support our customers during installation, maintenance and repair of their hyperchargers
  • Remotely monitor, troubleshoot and resolve alerts and issues on hyperchargers
  • Remotely support our on-field service technicians

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

  • Technical background or experience in technical customer support
  • Independent and solution-oriented work, as well as analytical thinking
  • Enthusiasm, teamwork and structured way of working
  • Willingness to work in different shifts
  • Good communication skills in English in speaking and writing, a 2nd language is a plus (German, French, Italian)
