- call the European emergency number 112 to the address
- (@camp: Flatschach 1, Spielberg)
- Inform local staff
- (@camp: First campsite security – then FSA official)
- State clearly: exact location, type of emergency, any known injuries
- When emergency services arrive: listen to their instructions, guide them to the site
